Infinity Workflow supports document submission, review, approval, and distribution processing. You can design any decision-based, serial or parallel processing workflow via an easy-to-use graphical user interface.

Infinity Workflow provides email and instant message protocols for workflow events notifications and browser based workflow manager for user to conduct document submission, review and approval tasks. The documents can be digitally signed with PKI based digital signatures. The approved document can be converted into PDF with watermark insertions.

Web-Based System: All user functions are presented via a standard web browser.

Workflow Designer: This component is a Java application and supports drag and drop based workflow template design interface. Authorized users can create custom workflow templates. Template model is XML based and version controlled

Workflow Template Import: Import Workflow template designs directly into workflow designer by using Tab delimited text files

Document Centric Workflow: Supports document submission, review, approval, routing, and task notification business processes

Parallel and Sequential Workflow: Supports both parallel and sequential review processes

User and Group Support: Participants can be users or groups. For group routing, workflow engine supports first come, first serve model. Workflow routing table provides specific next-step review for rejection and approval steps for users or groups
Status, Comments, and Attachments: Reviewers can add comments and attach reference documents to the reviewed document. Authorized reviewers can change status for reviewed and rejected documents

Visual Presentation: System uses Gantt Charts and flowchart representations to graphically present processes and tasks

Digital Signature: Documents can be digitally signed by approvers. System also provides digital signature log for users to track signing documents in the repository. System supports X500 based digital certificate and only needs server certificate that can be used to automatically generate end-user certificates for digital signing

Watermark and PDF Conversion: In final stage of document review process, template can have a watermark provided to final approved document. System provides PDF conversion for final documents. Administrators can provide watermark images that could be used for approved documents

Search Interface: System provides search function to locate tasks by name, date, status, users, and other parameters

Task Folder: Manage finished tasks by moving them into user defined folder structures

Notification: System supports email and instant messaging methods for workflow task notifications

Workflow Transaction Log: Provides full task process transaction log and records all user activities with timestamps

Transaction Package: System provides transaction package (review comments, attachment, master documents) online or as ZIP file

WFMC Compliant: System supports Workflow Management Coalition standard. Includes Workflow Engine, Workflow Designer, Task Manager, and Workflow Monitor components
